some pics of my recent camping trip to Wasdale head in the English Lake district, where I visited the wastwater screes on wastwater, red pike was aborted due to VERY high winds gusting in excess of 80mph.
also attempted Great gable, red pike etc the wind was bad for all of the 4 days/nights. my WAX ear plugs were indespensible. but the beer in the wasdale head was to save the day, yewbarrow (dark mild? over tones of cinder toffee) and lighter but very nice Langdale, all made in a micro brewery near the premises.
